Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Driver’s license with 1+ year of driving experience.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead treatment plans using evidence-based ABA and support caregivers to maximize outcomes.
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation with streamlined systems.
• Manage a small caseload (6-11 clients) to focus on quality over quantity.
