Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinician-led team in Texas. You will conduct FBAs, design and monitor BIPs, and collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families to support student success.

We provide strong supervision, ongoing mentorship, professional growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling to help clinicians thrive while delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral support in school settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Minimum two years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training staff and communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Train and support school staff in ABA procedures.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with standards.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices.
