Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support schools across Hawaii's diverse communities. You will lead behavior programs, conduct assessments, train educators, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience in school-based, DOE, or special education settings.
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP processes, and behavioral compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation in classroom and community-based settings.
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
