The position starts immediately, with hospital and school-based responsibilities. The BCBA will design, monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans, ensuring adherence to BACB standards and student success across locations including San Jose.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
• One year pediatric experience preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop/implement behavior intervention plans.
