Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Texas is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.

Deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment, with a schedule offering up to 3 remote work days per month and a manageable caseload of up to 8 children. Strong leadership growth tracks and mentorship opportunities are provided across our centers.
