Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a BCBA in Texas to lead clinical services across multiple trainees. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress in children with autism.

We offer a generous compensation package from $84,000 to $119,000 per year, performance and mentorship bonuses, plus relocation support and a path to ownership for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based, clinically sound treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.
• Deliver therapy in a compassionate, play-focused environment.
