Achie vements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role emphasizes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training to support children with autism and their families, in various settings.

The position offers part-time and full-time options with flexible in-home, daycare, and school placements. You will collaborate with a supportive back-office team to focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
