Job summary

Snowflakes ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a telehealth-first team with in-person sessions in Maryland when clinically indicated. The role supports families across several states and offers flexible scheduling, paid travel, and generous benefits.

The position emphasizes leadership, supervision of RBTs, and delivering high-quality ABA services via telehealth and occasional in-person visits to Howard County, MD and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA credential in Maryland, or ability to obtain one.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Comfortable delivering telehealth and in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Conduct in-person sessions in Maryland as needed; remaining sessions remote.
• Participate in virtual team meetings with camera on during supervision.
