Position Description

Kaleidoscope is looking to hire a REMOTE BCBA to support children in a treatment center. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing client programming that is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity. We take pride in our one-on-one therapy model, providing you with the opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. The BCBA will deliver direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs, manage and supervise a small caseload of clients, review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly. They will also observe staff, hold team meetings, and consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.

Required Experience and Education

• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Active license in Arizona
