Excel Prep, located in Champaign, IL, seeks a BCBA Program Manager to lead behavioral programs and guide a multidisciplinary team in a school setting. The role focuses on developing individualized behavior plans, analyzing progress data, and fostering collaboration among educators, therapists, and families.

The candidate will supervise behavior technicians, support staff, and drive effective implementation of strategies to empower neurodiverse students to thrive in academics and daily life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children with Autism and Learning Disabilities in a school setting preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Development: design, implement and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Data Analysis: monitor and analyze data to assess student progress.
• Team Leadership: supervise and mentor behavior technicians and support staff.
• Collaboration: work with teachers, parents and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Training and Support: provide training and resources to staff and families.
