Job summary

Easterseals North Georgia is seeking a BCBA who will lead the launch and ongoing development of an inclusion-focused ABA program at the Sylvan Hills center in Atlanta. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and Early Education staff to deliver developmentally appropriate services for 2–5 year olds in both classroom and clinic spaces.

You will supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and mentor clinical staff while maintaining ethical and high-quality

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active Georgia LBA or proof of submitted application prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for a team of RBTs delivering services in classroom and clinic settings.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in developmental milestones and evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust programming to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Ability to support children during moments of dysregulation using safe, developmentally appropriate strategies.
  • Support and train RBTs using BST and ongoing supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, center leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure alignment and integration of services.
  • Provide caregiver coaching and support to promote generalization across environments.
  • Help establish and maintain clinical and operational systems for the Sylvan Hills program.
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
  • Support the supervision and development of BCBAs and clinical staff as the program expands.
  • Contribute to program evaluation, outcome tracking, and grant reporting efforts aligned with organizational and funder requirements.
