Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification is mandatory.
• Experience with assessment tools and development of treatment support plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and supervise new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans.
• Conduct initial and reauthorization assessments.
• Attend and participate in parent meetings and staff trainings.
