Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the New York City area to assess children with ASD, develop behavior plans, and collaborate with families and therapists.

The role requires on-site work in NYC and travel to assigned cases. You will supervise therapists, review notes, analyze data, and ensure programs are meaningful and effective. A Master’s degree and BCBA/LBA are required, with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology).
• BCBA and LBA REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists, with feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned behavior therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize data and progress.
• Regular communication with parents, therapists, and office.
