Job summary

Achieve Beyond in New York is hiring a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design interventions, and supervise behavioral therapists for children with ASD in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and school partners to develop meaningful, measurable goals and ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, BCBA and LBA certifications, and at least one year of supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA-related field as listed.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year supervision experience with ABA programs.
• Strong communication with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases by car or public transit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and supervise therapists.
• Set measurable goals and provide 10% direct supervision.
• Review session notes to ensure program integrity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff.
