Job summary

Hopebridge seeks BCBA-certified clinicians in Indianapolis to conduct behavioral assessments and design individualized treatment plans within a collaborative pediatric autism program.

You will mentor RBTs and fellows, partnering with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists in a fully integrated center setting. A master’s in ABA, related field, and BCBA licensure are required to join our team and deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs; collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists daily.
