Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, in partnership with ABA Center of St. Cloud, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

The BCBA will assess needs, design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and school staff, and stay current with research to improve outcomes for children with ASD and other developmental needs. The position emphasizes hands-on assessment, program design, supervision, and community

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and special education principles.
• Proficient in ABA treatment planning and data collection.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and staff.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement and monitor ABA interventions and collect progress data.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to generalize skills.
• Supervise RBTs and provide staff training on treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation of progress and treatment outcomes.
• Lead supervision sessions and team meetings to discuss client progress.
• Stay updated on current ABA research and best practices.
