UofL Health’s Peace Hospital is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on assessing behaviors, designing function-based plans, and delivering direct therapy to children and adults with developmental and behavioral needs.
Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA licensure, and strong collaboration with families and clinicians in a hospital setting. Master’s level supervision and compliance are emphasized.

We have a partial hospitalization program for school-aged children and an inpatient specialty program for children and adolescents who have complex treatment needs, such as intellectual or developmental disabilities accompanied by acute behavioral and psychiatric symptoms. Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education or psychology (required)
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in human services (preferred)
Licensure: Current license as a Behavior Analyst in Kentucky or obtained within four (4) months of hire (required)
Certification: Board Certification Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) (required) Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
