Job summary

Little Achievers ABA is seeking a BCBA in Winston-Salem, NC to lead high-quality ABA services for pediatric autism. You will design and implement behavior plans, coach families, and collaborate with a supportive team.

The role offers top pay options (hourly or salary), mileage reimbursement for travel every other week, and performance bonuses in a collaborative, non-micromanaged environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility in NC.
• NC licensed or actively pursuing licensure in NC.
• Proven communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to pediatric autism population.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Coordinate with families and multidisciplinary team.
