Join us in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism. Damar is currently seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to join our highly skilled ABA Program Manager team. The Program Manager is responsible for the development of treatment plans and clinical oversight of their assigned client caseload. They provide proper supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Program Manager regularly analyzes client data and adjusts treatment plans and training materials as needed. The Program Manager serves as a leader in the clinic by attending meetings, providing additional training, delivering feedback, etc.

The essential functions of this position require the physical ability and mobility needed to perform the job. This includes the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.; operate office equipment, including a computer keyboard; travel to other locations using private or commercial transportation; and communicate effectively to exchange information.
The position also requires the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to client behaviors, staff instructions, safety concerns, and emergencies in an environment where individuals may display aggressive, self-injurious, sexually maladaptive, elopement, or other unpredictable behaviors.
Regular and acceptable attendance, excluding approved absences and periods of leave, is also an essential function of the position.
