Job description

Are you a seasoned BCBA with a passion for transforming the lives of children with Autism? Rise Up for Autism is looking for a dedicated Full-Time BCBA to lead a team in delivering high-quality, innovative care. You'll have the opportunity to work at one of our centers located in Chicagoland,(Chicago, Aurora, Tinley Park, or Joliet) and be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes professional growth and teamwork.

Your Role as a BCBA :

As a Full-Time BCBA at Rise Up for Autism, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care while leading a passionate team. You'll develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child, empowering your team to provide life-changing support. We foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and empathy-values that are at the heart of our mission to improve the lives of individuals with Autism.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications :

  • Patience and empathy to guide and support a diverse team
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor team members and provide ongoing support
  • Ability to manage short sprints, as some clients may exhibit elopement behaviors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
