Job summary

E-Therapy in Lompoc, CA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for onsite work with K-12 students for the 26/27 school year. The successful candidate will design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and train school staff and families.

This role focuses on ASD and related disabilities and requires collaboration with educators to support students’ growth. Compensation starts at $56/hour and is commensurate with experience, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience as BCBA in school/educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of ABA interventions for ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD.
• Provide direct ABA services including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collaborate with school teams to implement plans.
• Train staff and families on strategies and data methods.
• Maintain confidential records and participate in IEP meetings.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
