Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, no non-compete agreements, and access to the LBA Expansion Program plus a BCBA Success Manager for ongoing support.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across multiple states. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.
