Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Indiana is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will contribute to a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, and opportunities for co-treat sessions with SLP-BCBAs, plus day-one benefits, aim to support clinicians as they help learners achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain state licensure
