The position offers a total compensation package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually, with performance, mentorship, and potential ownership opportunities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with generous benefits and relocation options.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or held for eligibility.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering supervision hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence‑Based Therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
