Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Festus, MO is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative team dedicated to evidence-based care for children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
