Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process)
• Texas Medicaid ID required
• Spanish speaking required
• Based in or near Midland, TX
• Pediatric ABA experience preferred
• Care deeply about doing this right and making a real impact

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians
• Partner with families so every family feels like the only family we have
