Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and board-certified supervision experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing mentorship.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and collaborate with families.

• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
