Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA/ Sr. BCBA to lead evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will develop clinical treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to set goals and track progress in a compassionate, play-focused setting.

Role includes mentorship of trainees, opportunities for leadership tracks, and a supportive, growth-oriented workplace with generous compensation and benefits. Monday–Friday daytime hours with robust remote-work options.
