Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking experienced BCBA leaders to supervise RBTs, mentor staff, and guide families in ABA therapy. The role supports up to several centers with emphasis on compassionate care and outcomes.

You will develop treatment plans, lead clinical teams, and advance evidence-based practices in a patient-centered setting. Hybrid work options with strong growth potential and leadership tracks are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or Sr.BCBA status is required/preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinicians.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinically sound treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.
• Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment.
