The role offers a salary range of $91,000-$114,000 plus a second monthly bonus up to 10% of base pay, up to 22–26 days PTO, a $2,000 CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for patients.
• Lead and mentor BT team.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks.
