Epic Minds Therapy is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Greensboro team and lead evidence-based ABA programs for children. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and proven experience supervising RBTs and delivering effective ABA services with a passion for making a meaningful

BCBA certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
