Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Mandeville, LA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead center-based clinical services. You will supervise RBTs and BTs, develop functional behavior assessments, and create evidence-based treatment plans for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
