Qualifications
Master's Degree in Related Field and BCBA certification required.
Minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans that are individualized and evidence-based.
Provide supervision of BCBA candidates and treatment plan implementation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement effective techniques.
Provide training to staff and families on treatment plans.
