Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Related Field and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans that are individualized and evidence-based.
• Provide supervision of BCBA candidates and treatment plan implementation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement effective techniques.
• Provide training to staff and families on treatment plans.
