The role offers a total compensation package from 80,000 to 117,000 USD annually, with uncapped monthly bonuses, sign-on bonuses up to 10,000, relocation options, and a defined leadership progression from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond.

• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
