BCBA and beyond. Schedule is Monday-Friday, daytime hours with up to 3 remote work days per month and additional assessment-related days; you will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to drive outcomes for up

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Experience supervising RBTs or trainees
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 8 children

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support high-quality care
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment
