• BACB certification current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide guidance to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs, evaluating client needs and outcomes.
• Provide parent education and problem solving to support client progress.
