ABA SHINE in California is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our clinical team, serving diverse clients across the lifespan through collaboration with regional centers. Our services include comprehensive ABA, focus ABA, BIS, and caregiver coaching with a philosophy of evidence-based interventions.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide caregiver coaching, supervise Therapists (BTs/RBTs), and develop behavior support plans, emphasizing parent-led intervention models.

Qualifications

• Board Certification: BCBA per BACB standards.
• Ethics and professionalism in accordance with BACB and local regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments.
• Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching.
• Model the implementation of individualized ABA interventions
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
• Develop Behavior Support Plans
• Train and Supervise Caregiver
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans
