Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead advanced ABA programs focused on clinical quality and client experience.

As a BCBA, you will oversee program fidelity, coach Clinical Leaders, prepare treatment plans, ensure payer compliance, and drive trainings across the region. This role blends clinical expertise with strategic oversight and mentorship. This salaried, full-time opportunity offers in-house CEUs and a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Active BCBA credential is required.
• Minimum two years of professional ABA experience.
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
• Ability to travel within service areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs
• Coach Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists
• Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards
• Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives
• Partner with Regional Directors and Operations teams on quality and compliance
