Job summary

Kids First is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Savannah, Georgia. In this position, you will lead a team of Behavior Technicians and provide home-based ABA services, directly impacting the lives of children and their families. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring quality care for clients aged 3 to 21.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of knowledge and experience in Case Management and telehealth services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services.
• Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide professional development.
