Thrive Therapy in Philadelphia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small, warm, and supportive team. The position offers flexible scheduling and hybrid in-person/remote options in the Philadelphia area, with a full or part-time caseload and the freedom to choose hours and locations.

You will supervise behavior technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, train parents, and monitor client progress over time.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• License for Behavior Specialist preferred/required as stated in posting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of clients' individualized clinical program and evaluating effectiveness
• Parent training and weekly sessions to teach ABA principles
• Assess client progress over time
