Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is a clinician-owned provider delivering evidence-based ABA services in Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, TX. Our BCBA-led team collaborates across Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy to support children from birth to age 12.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and students as needed.
• Data-driven ABA treatment planning and adjustment.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team for holistic care.
• Partner with therapy teams to support client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research.
