Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs in home and school settings. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure comprehensive, ethical care.

Active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and at least one year of ABA experience with supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, clinical, and documentation standards.
• Ability to coordinate with families and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBA assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands‑on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
