SilverSwing ABA in Georgia is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, with a culture of collaboration, growth, and client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
