Texas ABA Centers in Plano, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families. The role involves leading RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments, and supporting BCBA certification efforts.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree with an active BCBA certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with relocation assistance available up to $15K.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
