Qualifications

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of positive behavioral supports and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs).
• Train and support staff in the implementation of behavior support strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
