Job summary

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment and behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and supervise RBTs.

You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners, deliver caregiver training, and uphold ethical practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for the role.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assessments for behavior planning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
