Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and oversee treatment plans in a hybrid work setting to support client progress.

The role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with experience supervising RBTs and implementing programs.
