Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA in New Mexico to join a supportive, collaborative team delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and families.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and staff, analyze data, and partner with families, schools, and the care team to promote meaningful skills and greater independence.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.
• Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.
• Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team.
• Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate.
• Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care.
