Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA for Rockville and surrounding Northern Virginia areas, with immediate start. The role offers a salary between $90,000 and $115,000 based on experience and a mix of in-person and hybrid work arrangements across Rockville, Gaithersburg, Bethesda, and nearby communities.

You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and track data to achieve strong clinical outcomes in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Active Virginia LBA license (or in progress)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs/BTs
• Analyzing data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
• Providing compassionate, high-quality care in home and community settings
