Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Missouri is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our ABA team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
